The PR of the Nelson Mandelas Childrens hospital is certain that after finding the R1 Billion necessary over an 11 year period, they will now find the funds necessary to support this massive step into the unknown and make it the best run institution for children in Africa. But its a long way and with Donor Fatigue generally setting in, its a long haul!
