For Women’s Month, Capricorn FM wants to recognize women that are making a difference in their respective communities by planting a seed of kindness in any way they can to ensure that people around them are positively impacted. The Capricorn Breakfast with Mpho Mashita and Complexion shine the spotlight on a pensioner from the Waterberg district, who has dedicated her life to ensuring that her community is supported in any way possible. She is the chairperson of an NPO called the Mogalakwena Concerned and Affected Communities, where they advocate for those who can’t advocate for themselves and show support in court outside of this, she is up and about daily teaching communities in GBVF. She has children that she stays with who are unemployed, however against her own family’s plight she still manages to help those in need in and around her community.
