Twee jaar gelede het Jan sy grootste uitdaging aangespreek toe hy op 22 met breinkanker gediagnoseer is. Sy album "God Kan" weerspieël sy reis van oorlewing en geloof, en het 'n groot impak op sy aanhangers gehad.
