2014 South African Triathlon Champion Richard Murray & Coach Lindsey Parry

This past weekend saw another successful South African Triathlon Championships in East London and on Tri Talk SA we chat to :The 2014 South African Triathlon Champion Richard Murray. The win is the first for Richard at senior level and he tells us about the win as well as where he thinks the level of triathlon is in South Africa is right now. Richard also looks ahead to the rest of the season which includes the African championships in Zimbabwe and the WTS Cape Town event in April.The coach of the South African Triathlon team Lindsey Parry about whether you should focus on your weakness or build on your strength when it comes to triathlon.
