Coalition talks – where does the future of hung municipalities lie?

Some in the ANC’s senior ranks have resigned themselves to a possible future on the opposition benches ahead of this week’s down-to-the-wire talks to form coalition governments in dozens of municipal councils. With the deadline looming, Political parties are in the final leg of their negotiation talks. We speak to Political Analyst, Sandile Swana, who will speak to us about what is most likely to happen to the hung municipalities.
