The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has confirmed it’s investigating a case of attempted murder after a shooting at Misty Hills Country Hotel in Muldersdrift. The incident, which was caught on camera, saw Len Cloete shot in the head, allegedly by a police officer, during an argument at the hotel, west of Johannesburg. Richard Mamabolo, POPCRU Spokesperson and Themba Masuku, Programme Manager at African Policing Civilian Oversight Forum give us further insight into the matter.
