Bob Bell meets with Dr. Bubba Winningham, Principal of Algood Middle School, and Dr. Melissa Palk, Principal of Northeast Elementary School in Cookeville. They discuss the prevalence of Tennessee Tech University Alumni coming to work in education in the Putnam County School System, how TTU prepared both of them for their respective positions, the importance that they each place on inspiring the students and faculty of their schools, as well as what a typical day is like for each of them as principals.
