Mike's letter to Carol for a V for Valentine's reads as follows: "It has taken me some courage to do this, but I would like to be able to do this for my wife. She was on the pill to try and reduce the cysts, however the pills never agreed with her and sent her body into “chaos”. Since then she has battled with her stomach. Fast forward 15 years and we have 2 kids, a girl (6) and a boy (2). Both pregnancies were C-section and with the second one she went into shock from the anaesthetic. Please consider us."
