More than 100 medical experts have joined a media campaign against the Road Accident Fund (RAF), saying they are owed about R150m. Dr Percy Miller, a Neurosurgoen who is one of the medico-legal experts who is affected by the non-payment from the RAF and he’s going to talk for the first time about how some of the experts are going to start legal proceedings against the RAF.
