South African women are at the forefront of diverse movements for social change. They’re doing unconventional jobs like piloting drones, 3D printing and conservation. So how do we break down the deep-rooted structural, cultural, and socio-economic barriers that prevent women from taking their seat at the decision-making table? How do we empower the young female leaders of tomorrow? How do we amplify women’s voices and promote their participation and leadership in business and society?
