Even the Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCom), previously considered the most sure-fire way to secure a job in business or finance, has come under the spotlight. However, Dr Antje Hargarter, Head of STADIO School of Commerce, believes that commerce qualifications are still relevant and valuable – if they include both practical and theoretical elements and are updated regularly.
