Between Minister in the Presidency responsible for Electricity, Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Gwede Mantashe and Minister of Public Enterprises, Pravin Gordhan, somebody should be held responsible for all the losses (jobs, business closures, etc) relating to load-shedding. This goes back to lack of leadership from our President, Cyril Ramaphosa. What do you think is holding Ramaphosa back from leading?
