COMPANY RESULTS – Omnia ups dividend by over a third as profits rise

JSE-listed industrial company Omnia, which supplies fertiliser and chemicals to the agriculture and mining sectors, hiked its full-year dividend by 36% on Monday, as profits jumped on the back of increased sales volumes. The company declared an ordinary dividend of 275 cents for the year to the end March 2023, up from 200 cents per ordinary share in the prior financial year.
