'You failed to prevent the tampering of the crime scene', defence tells police in Meyiwa trial 

Defence attorney for accused No 5 in the murder trial of soccer player Senzo Meyiwa, advocate Zandile Mshololo, told witness Sgt Mlungisi Patrick Mthethwa that he and his colleagues failed to secure the crime scene where Meyiwa was shot in October 2014. Mthethwa, who was a junior constable at the time, was one of the first officers to arrive at the scene in Vosloorus, the Pretoria high court heard on Tuesday.
