He started his career working as a Chef cooking for local and international celebrities, during this time, he discovered his passion for Chocolate. Over the years he has perfected the art of balancing time, money, knowledge, love for chocolate, that is not only delicious but aesthetically appealing while building a company that is committed to using the Finest Ethically Sourced Ingredients while promoting sustainability and being committed to ethical business practices.

Ethical Eats specialize in creating Artisanal Chocolate and Vanilla products, focusing on Single Origin Farm to Bar, including Dark, Mylk & Vanilla Blonde Chocolate Bars and a variety of Bonbons, Decadent Chocolate Spreads, Hot Chocolate. We believe that every step of the Chocolate-making process, should respect the environment and the people involved.

Owner, Laurent Bezaudun, who is deeply passionate about his French origin and living out his bread-filled dreams, is bringing the original taste to town and has chosen the perfect location for his first shop where people can sit, relax and enjoy both the food and the view – Sea Point. Since last December, Paris Cape Town has a new branch located outside the mall Lifestyle on Kloof, 50 Kloof Street. It’s an intimate café like you could find in a small street of Paris.
