NSFAS CEO contract to be terminated

The board of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) says suspended CEO Andile Nongogo will have an opportunity to tell board members why he should not be axed. This comes after an investigation into allegations of irregularities in the appointment of four direct payment service providers. Investigations by law firm Werkmans Attorneys and Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi found Nongogo violated procurement processes.
