Hannes Strydom’s Codeine ring: Carte Blanche producer unravels mystery, O’Sullivan’s duping

However, the situation took a dramatic turn when O’Sullivan discontinued his services a month into the investigation due to unsatisfactory responses from Strydom. Two days thereafter, Strydom passed away in a car accident.
