Tshiamo Molanda is the Executive Head of Youth and Mass Market Clients for Consumer Banking at Standard Bank South Africa. She also oversees the bank's UCount Loyalty and Rewards programme as part of her role.

Prior to her current role she has held the following positions: Executive Head Client Solutions Main Market, PBB SA; Head, Client Information - Enterprise Solutions, Client Experience and Transformation; Business Manager to Chief Executive, Personal and Private Banking South Africa; amongst others.

Before joining the Bank in 2012, Tshiamo spent 8 years as a management consultant at Accenture South Africa. Tshiamo studied at the University of Pretoria and holds a degree in BIS, Information Science.
