ICJ hearing: A win for SA could cause a major blow for the Biden administration

South Africa is, on Thursday, set to present its genocide lawsuit against Israel in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague to persuade the ICJ to order the country to halt its military attack on Gaza. The delegation, led by Justice and Correctional Services Minister Ronald Lamola, consists of some of South Africa's top legal experts and will present their case today, with Israel expected to respond on Friday.
