Hot Cares assists cancer survivor on education journey

In September 2011, Musa's life took a drastic turn with a diagnosis of lymphoblastic leukaemia. Despite undergoing chemotherapy and completing treatment, she faced the devastating news of a relapse. A second round of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant followed, marking the beginning of her journey to recovery.

However, Musa's education suffered as a result of the cancer and its treatments. She fell behind in school, facing significant challenges as she entered Grade 11. Financial constraints further compounded her struggles, making simple necessities like textbooks, stationery, and internet access unattainable.

But Musa's story doesn't end there. Hot Cares is stepping in to support her on her educational journey.
