Daily Thought | 1 Peter 2:24

‘HE personally carried our sins in His body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right.’

Because of what Jesus did on the cross everything changed.
He came to carry and lift the weight and the burden of sin off of our lives.
He wanted us to know the freedom that only He could bring.
He died for us and we can be eternally grateful because of His great love for us.

Prayer: Lord, today I want to pause and remember what You have done for me. By going to the cross and carrying my sins in Your body, I can be free and I can know what it means to have a living relationship with You.

Amen.
