The Lord is your burden-bearer, you don’t need to carry it alone.
Call on Him, ask Him to help you and begin to thank Him for His help.
His help is available on a daily basis because He knows we need it.
Let this fact bring comfort and courage to your heart and mind.

Lord, how awesome it is to know that each day, You come alongside me to help me and to lift the load I carry. Today is another one of those days when I need Your help to see me through. Thank you for helping me.
