Theme to flow from lying to sitting to standing.
Exercises
1. Lying on your back with feet and knees hip distance apart.
2. Ankle exercises - Rolling to sitting
3. Breathing with Arm circles
4. Spinal flexion with arms forward and back
5. Spinal Rotations
5. Sitting to standing
6. Next week we will do seated hip knee and ankle exercises and continue sitting to standing plus some standing exercises
