The Saskatchewan Government has referred the federal oil and gas emissions cap and federal 'Methane 75' regulations -- announced by the federal government at COP28 in December last year -- to the Saskatchewan Economic Impact Assessment Tribunal to assess the impacts they could have on the province's economy.
