1. Lying on your back with knees bent and feet hip distance apart.
2. Shoulder drops.
3. Learning to Roll towards the centre of the bed and on to your back to help protect your spine.
4. Learning to Roll to “the getting out of bed side” of the bed.
5. From Sitting to lying down.
