TCOB: The Climate Resilience Symposium 2024 review with Blessing Manale

The National Treasury in partnership with the Presidential Climate Commission, the World Bank, and a range of other partner organisations, held the 2-day Climate Resilience Symposium 2024 in Pretoria from 15-16 July 2024.

The symposium looked at the role of the National Treasury in moving the needle on climate change and just transition. The gathering brought together Ministers, Deputy Ministers, senior government officials, academia, the private sector, and climate experts.

Wandile Mazibuko spoke to the Head of Communications for the Presidential Climate Commission, Mr Blessing Manale after the first day of the symposium.
