Apologies for lack of exercise on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th August.
Standing position
Exercises:
1. Breathing with Arm Circles.
2. Roll downs
3. Standing Feet shoulder width apart and feet slightly turned out.
4. as for last week.
Bend knees
Stretch knees
Rise on toes and lower.
Tomorrow we will start moving.
