President Cyril Ramaphosa says prior work experience should no longer be a barrier for young people to enter the labour market. Ramaphosa was speaking at the African National Congress' (ANC) National Executive Committee (NEC) lekgotla in Boksburg on Sunday.
The announcement was met with much controversy, as some commended the president for his decisive stance while others said that it was not feasible to hire those inexperienced.
