1 Samuel 30:6b
'David found strength in the LORD his God.'

When you face distress, remind yourself where your strength comes from.
Don’t look to perfect conditions or ideal circumstances for your strength.
Look to the Lord for your strength regardless of the challenge.
You will find strength and courage when you turn to God.

Let's Pray...
Lord, as David found his strength in You during a season of challenge and difficulty, I choose to find my strength in You. In my times of need I will lean on You. Your faithfulness will sustain and guide me and You will strengthen me.

Amen.
