Political parties have raised objections to Gauteng's annual budget. The 170-billion rand spending plan was presented to the provincial Legislature by Finance MEC Lebogang Maile. In a briefing earlier Finance MEC Lebogang Maile confirmed he had consulted with all parties on the budget except for the DA which has opposed parts of the plan.
