Some hearts beat especially strong for animals in need. Persian Cat Rescue Durban is a sanctuary dedicated to giving Persian cats a second chance at life—many of whom have endured abandonment, cruelty, or painful medical conditions.

We were deeply moved by founder Sylvia Gonsalves' story and her tireless commitment to caring for these beautiful cats.
