The findings paint a powerful picture: South African women are ambitious, loyal, and highly educated, yet many still face significant barriers to career growth. Despite 86% of women expressing a strong desire for career progression, nearly half are actively seeking new opportunities driven by the need for flexibility, financial security, and meaningful advancement. One striking finding reveals that women are exceptionally loyal employees, with almost 65% staying with the same company between three and ten years far surpassing the national average.
