He maintains the move is legally sound and focused on transformation, not tailored to benefit any specific company. This follows criticism from Parliamentary Committee Chairperson Khusela Diko, who argues the directive may breach the Electronic Communications Act and appears to give preferential treatment to low Earth orbit satellite provider SpaceX.
