MEC of Transport in KZN, Siboniso Duma, has called for murder charges in wake of deadly Tongaat bus tragedy. “I have directed our team from Road Traffic Inspectorate to work with SAPS and ensure that the driver doesn’t escape and that he faces murder charges,” Duma stated. He added, “Equally, the owners of the bus company must be the subject of an investigation.” The team deliberated on where the buck stops in this incident, and enquired from our listeners whether they've been put in a compromising position at work.
