Buti Manamela Appointed Minister of Higher Education in Cabinet Reshuffle

President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed Buti Manamela as the new Minister of Higher Education and Training, replacing Dr. Nobuhle Nkabane, who thanked the president for the opportunity to serve. Manamela previously held the role of deputy minister. Dr. Nomusa Dube-Ncube, former KwaZulu-Natal Premier and MEC, has been named the new Deputy Minister, bringing extensive governance experience to the portfolio.
