Public Works Minister Dean Macpherson speaks to Phemelo on why his department won’t spend a staggering R40 million to furnish the now-abandoned dome tent, originally used for Nelson Mandela’s funeral and now gathering dust on a parking lot outside Parliament. After already coughing up R6.2 million to transport and erect it, Macpherson says enough is enough.
