In Acts 12, when Peter was in prison, the church didn’t just tweet about it or hold a strategy meeting—they prayed earnestly and together. And God shook the chains of Peter in the middle of the night. What would happen if the modern church returned to that kind of desperation? Not showy prayer. Not filler prayer. But fierce, united, intercessory prayer. Chains would fall, doors would open, people would be freed. Maybe the reason some prisons stay locked is because the church is silent.
