Thabo Mahundla, professionally known as Airburn Sounds, is a self-taught music producer and DJ hailing from South Africa. Born in Alexandra, Johannesburg, and raised in Tembisa, with roots in Limpopo, Airburn Sounds has a deep connection to the diverse musical landscape of his country. He is a prolific producer who has collaborated with a who's who of South African music, including Zanda Zakuza, Mr Brown, Stilo Magolide, Makhadzi, Boity Thulo, and many others. His talent has also garnered international attention, leading to collaborations with artists like the USA/Senegalese artist Akon and Jamaican artist Ka$e. His new single titled Crush Yam featuring MAWHOO and Optimist Music just dropped and he is here to speak about it all.
