The African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) in Gauteng has noted with deep concern the reckless and misleading utterances made by Lieutenant General Mkhwanazi before the Ad Hoc Committee of Parliament, where he claimed that the Gauteng Crime Prevention Warden program, popularly known as AmaPanyaza, was never supposed to exist and is “illegal”.
