Heartbreak in Kempton Park - a devastating fire ripped through Pomona Informal Settlement, destroying more than 180 homes in a matter of minutes. Winds fanned the flames, leaving families with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Thankfully, there were no casualties, but the destruction is widespread, and the community is in urgent need. Authorities are now urging residents to take extreme care with open flames as windy conditions continue.
