South Africa’s e-commerce battleground has a clear frontrunner and it’s not the global giant many expected. With its new external fulfilment service for third-party sellers and the fast-growing TakealotMore subscription programme now responsible for 21% of GMV the group is strengthening loyalty while widening its economic footprint.
