After years of broken promises and unsafe water, there’s fresh hope for Hammanskraal residents. Officials caution that supply may fluctuate in the short term, but for many residents, this marks the closest they’ve come to turning on a tap without fear. Phemelo speaks to Tshwane Mayor Dr Nasiphi Moya.
