The founder of Brima Logistics recently reflected on social media about the 12-year climb it took before he became CEO of his own company. He began at the very bottom of the supply chain, as a clerk, working his way up to supervisor, then manager, deliberately gaining the operational knowledge, industry insight and leadership experience he would later need to run his own enterprise.
