DNA tests launched to trace origin of dead Nile croc on KZN coast

DNA testing will be conducted on a Nile crocodile found wedged between rocks on Pennington Beach on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast to determine where it came from.

The freshwater reptile was discovered on Friday and taken to the Centre for Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW), where it received treatment.
