
'Biggest Scandal': Saskatchewan chief reacts to FSIN $28M audit

After almost two years of back and forth between the federal government and the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, a financial audit has concluded that the FSIN owes over $28 million. Saskatoon Tribal Council Chief Mark Arcand has previously called this "one of the biggest scandals in First Nations history."
