'Biggest Scandal': Saskatchewan chief reacts to FSIN $28M audit

After almost two years of back and forth between the federal government and the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, a financial audit has concluded that the FSIN owes over $28 million. Saskatoon Tribal Council Chief Mark Arcand has previously called this "one of the biggest scandals in First Nations history." He joins us now to share his thoughts after the revised audit was released.
