As for the new tax proposed for Vehicle Licence renewals to support the beleaguered Road Accident Fund (RAF), Evanthia says: “So every time there's government failure, the answer is like, let's try tax the people more…There has to be a point where we as South Africans say, no, do your job as a government. We want to see our return on investment, or we're not going to pay up.”
