Bruce Nimmerhoudt, MMC of Road and Transport in Rand West Municipality says he was mistakenly named as MMC for Infrastructure, Planning and Development, in Emfuleni by the new mayor Hassan Mako. Nimmerhoudt, from the PA, says he has no interest in Emfuleni and can't serve in two municipalities at once.
