Who's Responsible For Solving Homelessness?

Homelessness and encampments have become increasingly visible in cities across Canada—including right here in Saskatchewan. But while levels of government pass the buck on who needs to solve the problem, Alexandra Flynn, director of the housing research collaborative at the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard School of Law, says they should be working together. She joins Brent to explain a landmark court ruling out of Waterloo, Ontario and how it could impact homeless encampments around the country.
