The power of environment

We've all heard the saying, "You can't be a prophet in your own hometown." For many people, growth isn't only about talent or hard work, it's also about the environment they're in. Sometimes the people who have known us the longest unknowingly place us in a box, holding on to an outdated version of who we are. Whether it's at home, in the workplace, among friends, or even within our families, limiting perceptions can make it difficult to embrace new opportunities, take risks, and grow into who we're becoming.
But does success really require leaving your hometown, or is the real challenge changing your mindset, setting boundaries, and creating an environment that supports your vision?

This Monday, we're unpacking the power of environment, the courage to outgrow limiting beliefs, and what it truly takes to position yourself for growth. Joining us is Mr Carrim, motivational speaker to help us explore how we can break free from environments that no longer serve us and intentionally create space for purpose, progress, and possibility.
