Saskatoon is considering expanding the no-smoking buffer around doors, windows and air intakes from three metres to 10 metres — a move that might be good for lung health, but bad for business. It would make most of Riversdale and Broadway smoke-free. Riversdale BID Executive Director Randy Pshebylo joins Evan to explain why he thinks the city is trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist.
